Tilde is amazing as it allows you to make a website 100% anonymously. You can signup via tor and even ssh via tor (ssh -o ProxyCommand="nc -X 4 -x localhost:9050 %h %p" tilde.institute).

So I doubt anyone knows who made this website but if you do then message me and tell me how you found out.
